50' Leopard - Southern Charm Southern Charm features 4 different social gathering areas which include the forward cockpit seating area, the Sky lounge the aft cockpit and salon area. Guests will enjoy the ability to sit with friends, family and guests in an area that accommodates 12 people at a time or a cozy 3-4 people for a more private setting. All cabins feature oversized queen beds with added comfort topper with high quality linen sheets. Each cabin has its own private head, bathroom with toilet (head), sink and walk-in shower with platseak comfort, non-slip flooring. Cabins also include a closet and drawers for storage. DIVING: Offered via rendezvous only Additional Rate Details: This vessel is legal to conduct charters in the BVI but will only pick up and drop off in the BVI for BVI-only charters and will only pick up and drop off in the USVI for USVI-only charters. **Charters over 7 nights are half board only** GENERAL NOTES: MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5, inquire for less For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights. BVI PORT FEE: **For BVI charters, BVI customs and cruising permit fees are included in the rate, but guests would be responsible to get their own personal license if they want to fish SLEEP ABOARD: Sleep aboard the night before charter dates. Available for $500.00 per cabin, per night with a 3 cabin minimum. Includes boarding after 4pm & light breakfast. Dinner is to be taken ashore at client expense. Please select option upon booking. SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. If Crew is unable to start or complete the charter due to Covid-19 or other illness or injury, the OWNER may appoint another Crew to complete the charter, failing which, the Charterer would have the options under CLAUSE 10. C. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSES i & ii. 2. The CHARTERER and all guests are responsible for meeting government mandated requirements for entry or exit into the Cruising Area. In the event that the CHARTERER and guests are not permitted entry into or exit out of the Cruising Area, or any portion thereof, because of not meeting government mandated entry/exit requirements, this agreement shall be deemed cancelled by the CHARTERER. 3. The charter fee does not include British Virgin Islands (BVI) taxes, fees, permits or National Park fees or Customs & Immigration fees. 4. Due to the unpredictable nature of doing business in foreign countries, should there be any regulatory changes, or changes in the interpretation of regulation of such foreign country from the time of booking the Charter and the Charter start date, resulting in the Crew or Yacht not legally be allowed to charter in the foreign country, the Charterer will have the option to a) amend the Cruising Area to the USVI or b) re-book or cancel under CLAUSE 10. C. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSES i & ii. 5. If the CHARTERER or any guest becomes ill with known or suspected COVID-19, or any other infectious disease, before the start of the Charter Period, the positive test(s) or doctor’s findings will not constitute a government mandate or travel ban and therefore trip cancellation insurance is highly encouraged. 6. CHARTER understands that special diet requirements must be made known on the preference sheet which is to be submitted no less than 30 days prior to charter. In addition CHARTERER understands that while Southern Charm is able to comply with allergies and special diets, we do not have a vegan option aboard. All meals taken ashore are at the expense of the CHARTERER. 7. CHARTER understands the NO SMOKING policy aboard Southern Charm.
Boat Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date. 50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date. Booking charges for cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
