45' Lagoon - Knot 5280 This beautiful 2016 Lagoon 450F Catamaran is built with 3 queen cabins each with private ensuite baths including electric heads, vanity and separate showers. She boasts multiple areas to sit and relax or sip a cocktail and enjoy the cool island breeze of the beautiful Caribbean. The salon will seat up to 6 guests in comfort for lounging or dining. The exterior aft offers alfresco dining for up to 6 guests, top deck seating and lounge area in front of helm plus forward lower deck lounge area behind trampolines. Crewed with the fun owners of the vessel, Capt. Joe and Chef/First Mate Holly, guests will never forget their experience on KNOT 5280! TOYS: 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards, Snorkeling Gear, Floats, 1 2-Person Kayak, 2 Fishing Rods, Yoga Mats & Onshore Games. Captain Only Rates: Captain Only possible by request. Inquire for rates. Additional Rate Details: This vessel is in the process of becoming legal to conduct charters in the BVI. The crew are in the process of obtaining annual BVI work permits for the 2023/2024 season. BVI customs and cruising permit fees will be included in the rate. Preferred pick up is St. Thomas. BVI pick ups will be possible but limited to 7 per season. GENERAL NOTES: MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5 nights, inquire for less. For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights (or less), divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights. 48hr turn requested, inquire for 24hr approval. Boat Rules
Accommodations 3 spacious queen cabins with new upgraded, mattresses with cooling memory foam, new hotel quality linens. Individual AC control in each cabin. SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. The charter fee includes British Virgin Islands (BVI) taxes, fees, permits or National Park fees or Customs & Immigration fees. If government restrictions prevent the boat from embarking or disembarking in the USVI, Charterer and Owner agree that the Port of Embarkation and Port of Disembarkation will be changed to Tortola, BVI, and the Cruising Area will be changed to solely British Virgin Islands. Charterer will be responsible for travel to and from the BVI for the charter party. 2. Crew gratuity of 15-20% is customary and at charterer’s discretion. This gratuity should be given to the captain of the vessel at the end of the charter.
Boat Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date. 50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date. Booking charges for cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
