136' Intermarine Savannah - FORTITUDE FORTITUDE is a large volume (28' Beam / 398GT) 136’ Tri-Deck M/Y. In 2019/20 FORTITUDE completed an extensive refit, totaling nearly $3 million, which included overhauling the generators, a W-6 service on the main engines, full paint job from the bottom of the keel to the top of the mast, updated electronics, A/V system, and interior soft goods renewal. This yacht has a well thought out designer interior that is not only spacious, with spectacular views from the main salon, formal dining area and sky lounge but also completely climate-controlled so guests can enjoy the passing vista in complete comfort. Her exterior areas also offer great views and plenty of relaxing and al fresco dining options. The main salon is spacious with several different seating areas with couches, occasional chairs and a full entertainment system including a 42” Sony TV monitor. The dining area is separate where up to 10 guests can enjoy formal dining and delicious cuisine from the professional chef. On the upper deck is the sky lounge, with a games table, a comfortable couch to relax on and a bar with stools along with an entertainment system. The sumptuous master stateroom is on the main deck The remaining cabins are located on the lower deck accessed via a carpeted guest staircase that leads from the main deck to the grand guest lobby below. Three of the staterooms have queen beds and entertainment systems. The twin cabin has two single beds is suitable for adult guests and can also be used as a nanny or children’s cabin. FORTITUDE's large sundeck offers a curved seating forward, an excellent spot for viewing while underway. There is also a table for casual dining, a fully equipped bar, a large inviting Spa Pool and six large fixed sunbeds at the aft. On the upper aft deck, aft of the sky lounge is an al fresco dining table, and there is also a large dining table and wet bar on the main aft deck. The aft deck also has stairs leading down to the swim platform. FORTITUDE is the ideal choice for a vacation, with an extensive array of water toys, an on-deck Spa Pool, spacious decks for sunning, fitness equipment and an excellent entertainment system throughout the yacht. Power comes from two 2285hp MTU 12V396TE94 diesel engines, which allow a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The private master stateroom located on the main deck features a luxurious king-size bed. The large, his and her bathfeatures marble, a large tub and central shower. The remaining cabins are located on the lower deck accessed via a carpeted guest staircase that leads from the main deck to the grand guest lobby below. The four guest staterooms include a large VIP stateroom with queen size bed, 2additional queen staterooms, and a twin stateroom. Each guest stateroom features ample space and private bathsfinished in marble, custom wall coverings. $1.5M REFIT 2022: Main deck: 8 coats of build up varnish on cap rails, and 6 additional maintenance coats. Complete rebuild of gantry crane. Replaced high pressure hoses on starboard bulwark door. 2 new Seadoo PWC. 2 paddle boards & kayaks. New active wear life jackets & snorkel gear. New remote controlled electric curtains. Master stateroom… new carpet, granite tops for all vanities and entertainment areas. New headboard, and reupholstered vanity chair. New Duvets, throw pillows mattress, bedding, pillows etc. New remote controlled electric curtains in salon, dining room and master stateroom. New dining room chairs, granite cabinet surfaces, and entertainment center tops. Replaced bilge pump, freshwater pump, and installed Simrad plotter and depth finder. New paint in all areas. New towels in all guest cabins/interior. Salon, galley, and main deck interior. Galley / New paint, cabinet doors, side by side refrigerator unit, new 2 drawer freezer & beverage cooler. Added additional countertop on peninsula. New Galley floor. New artwork. New paint in all areas. Painted both day heads. New marble tile installed in salon, dining area, and day heads. Guest areas: New headboards in port and starboard aft cabins. New linens, duvets, and throw pillows in all 5 cabins. New curtains I all cabins with curtains. New paint in all areas. New Peloton and weights. New carpet on stairs to guest area. New marble tile installed in lowerfoyer. Bridge deck: Repair starboard search lite, new bulb and circuit board. New teak deck chairs. New cushions for all seating. Annual service on EPIRB #2. New latch plate for sliding door aft. Install 2 new bridge navigation computers, 2 DSC VHF radios, Nav system UPS. Rebuilt gyro compass (sphere etc.). New Furuno-AirMar weather station. New bridge carpet. New salon furniture and carpet. New beach towels. New remote controlled electric curtains. New paint in all areas. New carpet on stairs to skylounge areas. New marble installed in day head, foyer and bar areas. New refrigerator added to bar. Sundeck: Buff, polish and apply 2 coats ceramic Pro to radar arch. Remove and replate ships air horns. New mast 4K cameras fore and aft for CCTV system. Install new DSC radio antenna. Factory refinished jacuzzi with new pumps, full overhaul and new lights. New cushions entire deck. Annual service on life rafts, EPIRB, and hydrostatic releases. New ice maker & refrigerator. Engine Room: Replace port main engine raw water pump and housing assembly. Replace starboard main engine starter and all seals for housing. Replace both A/C system chillers. The system was upgraded with Titanium condensers, so the life span is expected to be 25 years on that part of the system. Purchased spare chill water pump and 1 raw water pump as spares. Installed new VFD and purchased spare. New Maritron monitoring system computer. Replaced black water sensor. Added monitoring of both generators. Replaced both shore power cords, and 1 Glendenning motor. Rebuild passerelle motor, belt, and unit. Service Atlas shore power system. New water heater elements & service. New water pressure tank and switches. New freshwater pump. Replace cathode & anode on Cathelco system. 5000 hours service on both generators. Replace pressure switch on transmission. Purchased new membranes and kits to rebuild water makers. New starter for starboard generator. Rebuilt spare starter.
