87' Horizon - MID NIGHT MOON MID NIGHT MOON - The modern clean lines of the Horizon 85 have been skilfully created to maximise guests' comfort aboard. MIDNIGHT MOON is a magnificent, luxurious cruising yacht that offers the comfort, privacy, amenities and space one would typically only find on much larger motor yachts but without the associated running costs. The guests will appreciate the main deck, with all the primary living areas on a single level, including the massive aft deck with lounging for 8, a bar and ample storage lockers. The large saloon offers seating for 8, separate inside formal dining for 8, and gourmet galley. Forward on the main deck is the glamorous full beam master stateroom with walk around King bed, 180 degree views, spacious en-suite bathroom, sofa, vanity and ample storage. The lower decks offer 3 large queen VIP en-suite staterooms, port, starboard and forward. The Flybridge is an entertainers delight, with large comfortable dining / lounging for up to 10, a well equipped bar with seating for 5, a day head, separate BBQ area and dinghy stowage plus loads of room for chaise lounges once anchored off a secluded beach in an exotic location. Accommodations MIDNIGHT MOON offers her guests bespoke comfort and room in a main-deck master king suite, and 3 queen suites, 1 queen can be split into twin beds. Additional Rate Details: Two rate schemes: Inclusive (ex taxes) or plus expenses - guests may choose which to go to charter agreement Plus local taxes (Bahamian taxes are 14% or the charter fee) For the plus expenses rates, please include a 35% APA Christmas & New Years weeks - two separate weeks Xmas charters must end by the 27th of December, New Years cannot begin earlier than the 27th of December • Christmas Week - Up to 8 guests: $98,500 inclusive plus local taxes. Or up to 8 guests: $74,800 plus all expenses. • New Years Week - Up to 8 guests: $102,000 inclusive plus local taxes. Or up to 8 guests: $78,200 plus expenses ** Charters include up to 3 hours of engine time per day.

Boat Rules
Additional Conditions: 1. Taxes are not included in the charter fee. 2. Smoking is not allowed inside the yacht, and is only allowed on the transoms or other areas designated by the captain. Children are to be under the direct supervision of an adult in the charter party at all times and are not the responsibility of the crew. 3. The Charterer acknowledges the entry protocols for the Bahamas as they exist on the date of execution of this agreement. 4. The Charterer and all guests are responsible for meeting government mandated requirements for entry into the Cruising Area. In the event the Charterer and guests are not permitted entry into the Cruising Area or any portion thereof by reason of not meeting government mandated entry requirements, and not by reason of the Cruising Area being closed to visitors, this Agreement shall be deemed canceled by Charterer, and the remaining funds will immediately be disbursed to the Owner. All expenses incurred for Charterer to meet government mandated requirements for entry into the Cruising Area are solely at the expenses of the Charterer. Owner requires that the Charterer provides proof of compliance prior to boarding the yacht. 5. CHARTERER understands that in the event that he/she or any Guests tests positive for Covid-19 within 14 (fourteen) days before the commencement of the Charter Period, that CHARTERER may choose one of the following options: reduce the number of Guests to include only Guests who did not test positive for Covid-19 within 14 (fourteen) days before the commencement of the Charter Period (the Charter Fee will remain the same), or replace himself/herself or any Guests with anyone else who did not test positive for Covid-19 within 14 (fourteen) days before the commencement of the Charter Period (the Charter Fee will remain the same), or cancel this Agreement per Clause 6.A Cancellation By The Charterer. The CHARTERER or Guests testing positive for Covid-19 shall not constitute a reason for any refund or to reschedule the Charter Period, and therefore trip cancellation insurance purchased by the CHARTERER is strongly encouraged. 6. OWNER understands that in the event that any of the crew tests positive for Covid-19 within 14 days before the commencement of the Charter Period, that OWNER may choose one of the following options: replace the entire crew with equally qualified crew that has tested negative for Covid-19 within 14 (fourteen) days before the commencement of the Charter Period, or cancel this Agreement per Clause 6.B Cancellation By The Owner. Further, the OWNER understands that the event of the crew testing positive for Covid-19 is not a Force Majeure event. 7. The customary gratuity for the crew at the end of the charter (typically 15% to 20% of the charter fee) is not included in the charter fee.
Boat Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date. 50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date. Booking charges for cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
